During her career, she has developed skills and delivered business results within areas such as product design, manufacturing, divestitures and acquisitions, and new plant startups. She is proud to have delighted consumers & customers by making drugs to diapers to dog food, and everything in between, all under the P&G umbrella.

She is grateful for the experiences and education she received at WVU. Additionally, she is heavily involved in teaching children to serve others. Diane started two programs which have been in place for ~15 yrs. each, allowing kids ages 5-13 the opportunity to interact with several Cincinnati missions, teaching these kids the importance of servant leadership.
Diane is the proud mother of Abby, who is pursuing her Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree at The Ohio State University. Diane and her husband David (WVU B.S. Aerospace Engineering ’93 & M.B.A. ’94) reside in Mason, Ohio.
