David Hall is a retired former executive in the chemical and plastics industries. Most recently he was vice president and general manager of Bryan Custom Plastics, a division of the United Screw, and Bolt Company, retiring in 1991 for medical reasons.

Prior to joining Bryan Custom Plastics, Hall had a 33-year career at the B.F. Goodrich Chemical Company, which began in 1955 at the development laboratories in Avon Lake, Ohio. He progressed through various sales, marketing and general management assignments to become president of the geon vinyl division in 1985. He retired early from the B.F. Goodrich Company in 1988.

Hall is a 1955 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering.

He also attended the MIT Sloan School Program for Senior Executives, the Syracuse University School of Sales and Marketing Management and the Philip Crosby Quality College. He became a member of the WVU Chemical Engineering Academy in 1987.

Hall resides in Medina, Ohio, with his wife, Carolyn, and daughter, Susan.
