David’s education includes B.S. in Chemical Engineering, West Virginia University; M.B.A., Robert Morris University; Juris Doctor, Duquesne University and a Master of Theology, Franciscan University (in progress).
Consulting engineering has provided an exciting career ranging from design to design-build. Career includes 30 years at Chester Engineers from process engineer to Sr. Vice President and enjoyable time at McKim & Creed and currently with Hatch. Very fortunate to serve clients: Marathon Petroleum, CNX, Valero, U.S. Steel, Nucor, Oxy, Husky, Alcoa, IBM, Philip Morris, General Electric, Chrysler, and General Motors.
Public service has been an important part of my journey as Follansbee’s Municipal Judge and then Mayor for the past twelve years.
David was born in Morgantown, West Virginia. Wife, Lisa, and I are proud parents of two daughters, Alexandra and Gabriella – all WVU graduates. Huge sports fan of all WVU athletics, Cincinnati Bengals and Reds and New York Yankees.
